Amadeus – Interactive Projection Mapped Piano

Jose Vaaliña, technical director and co-founder of Eyesberg Studio, wrote us with their latest work Amadeus. “Amadeus” is an interactive experience that blends music, visual arts and technology. The player can interact with the story using a big piano projected on the ground activating music, vídeo and effects, changing in real time the facade of the Museum of Geology at Parc de la Ciutadella.

We all know this feeling when we are walking through a museum and there’s a portrait following us with his eyes, when we are going around a sculpture and we are able to see its movement, when we listen to the sound of a picture by staring at its textures.

In Eyesberg we want to work in the artistic experience from the observer’s point of view, we have created an immersive installation that approaches the plastic world of paint and sculpture to the interactive technology and 3D.
