Tell us what projectors you use, get $5

By in Blog

Projection mapping is often accomplished with numerous types of projectors with differentiating factors such as, short, medium, and long throw optics, brightness, contrast and zoom, among many others.

While we see a wide spectrum of projectors used over many experiences, it isn’t clear which projectors are most useful, and for what kinds of experiences. There are a number of tools that help inform what projectors to use (projector central has a great calculator) depending on the size and distance from the scene, yet we don’t know how these projectors pan out practically in the field.

Here at PMC, we are setting out to find an answer. We’ve spoken to a number of folks doing projection mapping, but want to collect answers from the broader community.

Help Us! Take a 5 minute poll!

Here is where you come in. Help us by taking a 5 min survey that includes your background, what experiences you’ve created and what equipment you’ve used.

We will provide a $5 Amazon gift card to the first 100 particpants who complete the survey.

We will share the results on PMC next week, and hopefully better inform the industry and community on which projectors are most useful.

Disclosure: This post is brought to you by Lightform , bringing displays everywhere.
