Yet another great project from Leviathan showing how projection can create magical, immsersive experiences around a screen. This takes game trailers to a whole new level:

French video game giant Ubisoft has one of the most successful titles running with its Splinter Cell series, and the expectations for the latest release, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, have been the highest yet. To launch larger-than-life at their E3 press conference, Ubisoft recruited the creative army of Leviathan to create an immersive game trailer that not only spanned the Los Angeles Theatre’s giant screen and LED panels, but also extended to project across the entire ornate proscenium and surrounding surfaces.

The design and narrative were crafted around the high-tech visuals and overwhelming sense of chaos instilled by the story’s terrorists; the effect of which was heightened all the more by physical magnitude and Waveplant’s jarring sound design.
